The NLIM Bookstore offers CDs, DVDs, and printed materials designed to inform you about excellence, faith, prosperity, marriage & family, and personal growth & development.
New Life Interfaith Ministries guarantees your product will processed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times for products depend on the 3rd party delivery method selected by the customer (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL). All items shipped have tracking numbers to ensure delivery or delivery attempts were made.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. All of our products are guaranteed against material defects. If there is ever a problem caused by poor workmanship or faulty materials, we will exchange the product, at our discretion. If you feel that your product is defective, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 205.425.4735 and we will take care of the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
We will accept exchanges for defective items within 15 days*. We ask that the materials be in the condition you received them, with all labels and/or casings attached. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item purchased.
You will need to contact us to arrange an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). We use this number to identify your package when we receive it. The best way to do this is to email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are returning, and the reason for the return. If you don’t have access to email, you can call us at 205.425.4735.
* Items will be tested upon return to guarantee they are defective. Items purchased as Closeouts or during special events/sales where we indicated “All Sales Final—No Returns or Exchanges” cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns/exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA #. If you send a return without an RMA # the package will be automatically rejected. This is a requirement, not a matter of policy, so please get your RMA # first by emailing us at email@example.com.

When will you send my exchange? When will I get credit for my return?
Please note that exchanges will not be sent out until we’ve received the item back from your original order. Any credit due after an exchange will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days. Additionally, most credit card companies take 2-3 business days to post a transaction, so it could take a few days after receipt of your return before you see the refund on your credit card.
We will NEVER sell, rent, or loan your personal information. Any information you submit through our web site will be held in the strictest confidence. In no way will your personal information ever be used without your consent. To ensure this, all forms on our web sites that send information to a database that may be used in the future, e.g. mailing lists, registration, etc., have check boxes where you specify whether or not you would like to receive information from us in the future. If you choose to receive information from us, each message will also include instructions on how to “unsubscribe” from future mailings should you wish to cancel.
The only information we automatically collect is that related to the use of our web site. This information is anonymous and is gathered through our servers’ log files. These log files record generic information, such as the number of visits our web site receives, the types of browsers used and the number of files downloaded, and IP addresses, but never personal information.
New Life Interfaith Ministries, Inc. does not collect information that personally identifies individuals except when individuals provide such specific information on a voluntary basis. There may be occasions where specific personal information is requested before an individual can enter certain sections of our site, to submit a form, or for participation in a certain program provided on the site. For example, registration may be required to participate in an online forum or to access contribution statements. This kind of registration helps us to ensure that content standards are rigorously upheld or that contact can be made if requested. In all such cases, New Life Interfaith Ministries, Inc. will collect only information that is voluntarily provided by the user and undertakes that such information will be kept strictly confidential.
