FOUDATIONAL TEXTS

  1. Psalm 100:1-3
    1. In the natural, we operate by the physical senses or [natural] people; in the supernatural realm, we operate as sheep forgetting we are [natural] people living a supernatural existence.
  2. Isaiah 53:6
    1. As sheep, we often forget our supernatural side and stray back to the limited natural realm.
  3. James 1:21
    1. You were saved spiritually. The mind is the real battleground.  Any spiritual test takes place in the mind.
    2. At the moment of salvation, God engrafts His voice in your spirit which is able to save the way you think (your soul or mind).

REVIEW

  1. St. John 6:1-13 [Emphasis verse 5-6]
    1. God already has an answer [in His word] for any challenge in life.  (verse 6)
    2. Jesus question to Philip was to locate Philip’s level of faith.  (verses 5-6)
    3. Your first reaction or response to any negative circumstance is an indication of your faith level.
    4. In other words, the words you speak define where and who you are.
  2. St. Matthew 14:15-20
    1. Supernatural manifestation is available to those that embrace and follow Jesus.
  3. St. John 6:26-35
    1. There is a process that can bring you into experiencing the life of Jesus.  (verse 27)
    2. Believing God means believing there are no limitations in life; that all things are possible with God.
    3. God should not be left in the past.  He is “the great I am”.  In other words, God is more than a history lesson.  Jesus is not only historical bread; He is also contemporary and the eternal bread.  (verse 31)
    4. Whatever expression…you attach to the universal phrase “I am” begins looking for you.
    5. Manna (bread) was representative of the word of God.  (verse 31)
    6. Jesus is the bread of life.  (verse 35)

 

  1.          I.            Jesus [as the bread of life] affects life.
    1. The Word is the bread of life; and the true bread (Jesus) is the connector to the supernatural life.
    2. St. John 1:1-3
      1. The word of God manipulates and controls life.
      2. When you speak the word of God, you are releasing God.
      3. Everything in life is made from a word that was spoken.
    3. St. John 8:31-32
    4. Colossians 1:15-17
      1. Because of the existence of God, there is a Word that can change your life.
      2. The pattern of all things existing begins in the supernatural realm.  The Bible gives essence to what exist in the natural realm; however, you must know the Bible to know God’s plan for your life.
      3. The word of God is the bread of life which impacts and changes life as it did with the two fish and five loaves.
      4. When the pains and pressures of life come to challenge your faith, speak a steady stream of God’s word to impact and affect the natural circumstances.
      5. Once you become convinced of the authority of the Word you will speak to every obstacle and mountain in life.
