Healing & Health Confessions

We’re having an awesome time learning practical ways to improve our everyday lives. Man’s mind, spirit, and body are all interrelated and interdependent. It is important that we continually do our part to maintain the body God has given us. Making a simple tweak or two in our dietary habits, along with a strong foundation of healthy confessions from the Word can make a major difference in the results you see.

Here are a few confessions to focus your faith on producing a healthy lifestyle:

Jesus bore my sins in His own body on the tree (cross). I, now being dead to sins live unto righteousness. By His stripes, I am healed. (1 Peter 2:24)

I walk in God’s will for my life. I am prosperous and in health. I am prosperous in my body. My mind is prosperous. My soul is prosperous. My emotions are prosperous. I allow the peace of God to rule in my heart, and I walk in the comfort of the Holy Ghost. (3 John 1:2; Col. 3:15; 9:31)

The Lord has removed all sickness and disease from my body. I allow none of the faith killers (five physical senses) to move me. I believe God above what I see, feel, or hear. (Deut. 7:15)

I eat only that which is right for me. I am not among wine bibbers or riotous eaters of flesh. My bread is blessed. My water is blessed. Sickness and disease are removed out of the midst of me. (Exodus 23:25 )

The Lord has restored health unto me. He has healed me of all my wounds. I’m whole in my body. I’m whole in my spirit. I’m whole in my soul. I’m maintaining my joy and peace, for he has done it. (Jeremiah 30:17; Psalm 52:9)

I attend to God’s Words. I let them not depart from before my eyes. I keep God’s Word in the midst of my heart. For they are life unto me. God’s Word is health and healing to all my flesh. (Prov. 4:22)

A merry heart does good like a medicine. I have a merry heart. Every molecule, every cell, every tissue, every organ and system of my body is functioning orderly and correctly according to God’s Divine system of protocol. (Prov. 17:22; Heb. 1:3)

I cried unto the Lord and He has healed me. The Lord sent His word and healed me. He has delivered me from destruction. (Psalm 30:2, 107:20)

I am a child of God, and healing is the children’s bread. Therefore, healing belongs to me. I am healed NOW in Jesus’ name. (Matt. 15:26-28)

A sound heart is the life of the flesh. I have a sound heart. I fret not myself, for I am strong in the Lord. The Lord is the strength of my life. I have long life, and the years of my life are many. (Prov. 14:30; Psalm 37:1; Eph. 6:10; 27:1; Psalm 91:16; Prov. 3:2)
