The Creation Stage XI

(Tying Up the Loose Ends of Chapters 6 – 11)

  1. The Bible gives us an understanding of what it means to be in the Kingdom of God.
  2. The Bible is “foolishness” to those outside the Kingdom.
  3. The purpose of the Bible is to bring man into a comprehension of the Kingdom which must be believed if it is to overshadow or outshine the natural realm (or darkness).  In other words, darkness (the natural realm) rolls under the power of light (the word of God).
  4. Bible study forges a new belief system in the power of God.  If we are to walk by faith and not by sight, we must believe the power of God.
  5. We study the Word to convince our belief system of the “foolishness” of the Bible.  You cannot learn to believe and understand God with your intellect or academically. The same Bible given to us for answers can also cause us to stumble in our intellect.
    1. I Corinthians 1:18-21, KJV & AMP
    2. Isaiah 29:14
  6. The case for having a “foolish” mentality
    1. Foolish – silliness or absurdity; moron
    2. Moron – an adult with the intellect of a child 8-12 years of age
    3. To walk by faith you must become like a child.  A child does not know impossible or impossibilities.  Children believe there are no limits to what their parents can do.
    4. St. Matthew 18:3; Convert – an about face in the opposite direction indicating a new walk with God.

  1. God always finishes before He starts which implies your life has already been finished.
  2. Like a play writer finishes a movie script before the movie is produced; the script [of your life] has already been written.
  3. Your healing and prosperity, long life and health have already been finished.  You receive revelation on how to perform it through the study of the Word.  In other words, your drama course is the word of God.
    1. Isaiah 46:9-10
    2. Psalm 52:9

  1.          I.            God’s plan to repopulate the earth after the flood.  God is not afraid to start [over]with nothing but His word.
    1. Genesis 10
      1. The descendants of Noah are Japheth, Ham, and Shem.  Through these 3 sons of Noah are the origins of all nations.
      2. Japheth – Germans, Russians, Persians, Grecians, Italy, Armenians, and Spanish – Genesis 10:2-5
      3. Ham  – Ethiopians, Egypt, Africa, Babylon, Assyria, and possibly – China, Japan, and India – Genesis 10:6-20
      4. Shem – Nation of Israel, and the Middle East Arabs – Genesis 10:21-32
    2. Genesis 11
      1. Genesis 11:1-10
        1. All the different ethnics groups from Genesis 10 ironically speak the same language.  (verse 1)
        2. The multitude of one, including Nimrod, the grandson of Ham, begins to build the tower of Babel to worship the stars not God.  (verse 2)
        3. Speaking the same language (communicating) is a sign of unity.  There is nothing a unified body cannot accomplish.  (verse 6)
        4. God punishes this evil attempt and separates man into small ethnic groups by confusing their once universal language into many dialects.  (verses 7-9)
  2.         II.            Finishing the details by tying up loose ends in the Creation Stage
    1. What was God doing before He created man?
      1. God was fellow-shipping with Jesus and planning for the first man.
        1. Proverbs 8:22-30
        2. St. John 17:5
        3. St. John 17:24
        4. God was creating the universe.
          1. Job 38:4-7
          2. He was identifying who would receive Him and making provisions for them.  This is known as the doctrine of election.
