The 15th Annual Rumpshaker 5K will be held on Saturday, March 25th, 2023 at Regions Field, Birmingham, AL. The Rumpshaker Organization would not be able to carry out their mission to raise awareness and provide hope and support to those fighting this disease without the support of individuals like you.
Rumpshaker 5K In-Person Event:
The in-person 5K race participants will be chip timed. You are welcome to join the CRCC & NLIM Let’s Move Team!
Rumpshaker 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk:
If the 5K run is not your speed, but you want to get moving at a slower pace, the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is for you!
