Family Movie Day
King of Kings-AMC Summit 16 @ 2:00 pm
The King of Kings is a 2025 animated film that tells the story of Jesus Christ through the eyes of a child. The film follows Charles Dickens, a young author who narrates the biography of Christ. Together, he and Walter Dickens embark on an adventure as the master storyteller engages his youngest son’s vivid imagination. This is a private showing for NLIM and CRCC. There is no cost to attend; however, registration is required for all guests, ages 24 months and older. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate guests who are not registered. Family Fun Day: Spare Time Entertainment
3600 Roosevelt Blvd, Trussville, AL 35235
11:00 AM until 2:00 PM
We have rented out this entire venue just for our NLIM and CRCC families! Spare Time is Birmingham’s ultimate event destination, and guarantees a fun-filled day featuring tons of activities and options, including bowling, laser tag, arcade games, escape rooms, and lunch. Registration is required for ages 2 and up, and the cost is $10 pp! Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate guests who are not registered. Start Easter morning off with us at 8:30 AM in the coffee bar as we serve the most delicious, freshly-made glazed donuts, and savory filled kolaches in town, provided by Shipley Do-Nuts! At 9:00 AM, get ready for our joint outdoor Water Baptismal Service (or watch in the sanctuary on the video wall). If you are looking for cute Easter speeches and drama presentations, we hate to disappoint you… “One Sunday” is about the turn up, the fun, and about celebrating Jesus like never before in Student Ministry! Parents, calm down; your only job is to relax and enjoy worship and the word at the Main Campus. Children (ages 5 through 18), the COE is the place to be for an action-packed Easter experience!
